NO ORDINARY LOVE

At a struggling Dallas advertising agency, laid-back Texas copywriter Bob Carter and razor-sharp strategist Bennett are forced to spend the weekend competing for a career-making promotion. Their assignment is simple: create a winning campaign for the biggest client in company history before Monday morning. Unfortunately, they can barely survive a conversation without insulting each other.

Over the next 72 hours, Bob and Bennett battle impossible revisions, ridiculous HR policies, an emotionally exhausted boss who would rather be golfing, and an accidental bag of THC gummies. As exhaustion lowers their defenses, their bitter rivalry begins revealing an attraction neither is willing to admit.

By the time the client arrives, the agency is barely functioning, the presentation is unfinished, and Bob and Bennett must decide whether winning matters more than trusting each other. It’s a Love Hate Thing is an unapologetic workplace romantic comedy about corporate insanity, emotional burnout, and discovering that the coworker you most want to strangle may be the only person who truly understands you.

"We've all met or have had a Karen, The HR Lady."

Relentlessly cheerful HR manager who responds to every workplace disaster with a new policy, mandatory form, and completely useless morale activity.
